Smoking Fire Safety Sheet
Did you know that smoking is the #1 cause of fatal home fires? This document was provided to the building by the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office to inform residents on important smoking and fire safety practices.
Reference Information for SkyCity 1 and SkyCity 2
This form is for SkyCity 1 and 2. It contains the contact information for Property Management, Security and other important building trades. We recommend all residents keep a copy of this form on their fridge for quick access to important building information.

Resident Documents
These are the documents that residents will need to register themselves with the building and also book the elevator for move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries.
Governing Documents
The Governing Documents give our building its legal existence. These documents identify the organization’s name, states its purposes, and describes its structure and internal procedures. These also set out any restriction on how you may use your suite or the common elements.
