Elevator reservations can be made for a maximum of 5 hours:

Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm

Saturday & Sunday from 10:00am to 8:00pm


What is the damage deposit?

If you are moving in or have a delivery you may use a cheque or credit card for the damage deposit of $500. The damage deposit is refundable as long as no damage is caused during the move-in.

For SkyCity 1 residents a personal cheque can be made to YRSCC 1315

For SkyCity 2 residents, a personal cheque can be made to YRSCC 1402

The cheque must be given to security prior to the booked move-in time or you will not be allowed to use the elevator.

If you would like to use a credit card for your damage deposit, you may do so through the online system when reserving the elevator time. Please note, there is a service fee of $6.13 that is non-refundable.

All MOVE OUT bookings require the use of a credit card to hold the damage deposit.


How do I reserve the elevator?

You must be a registered resident to reserve the elevator. To registration requirements are noted on our website page, New Resident: Registration Documents. Once registered, you will be added to our condocontrolcentral.com system. Once logged in to the system, you select from the left hand side menu “Amenity Booking” and it will show you all the available times and dates for all amenities, including the elevator. You are required to SCHEDULE a time slot for all deliveries, move-ins, and move-outs. Anyone who does not reserve a time or does not provide a damage deposit will be turned away. Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis. 


I am moving into the building, where do I send my moving company/furniture delivery?

There is only one loading dock shared by both 65 Oneida Crescent and 55 Oneida Crescent. It is located on the south side of the building. Please refer to the diagram below that shows where moving/delivery trucks are required to park. They will be using the visitor parking garage as their route to transport moving/delivery items. The arrows below demonstrate how SkyCity 2 (65 Oneida Crescent) residents must go through the entire garage to get to their building’s moving room. SkyCity1 (55 Oneida Crescent) resident have a shorter distance, as the loading dock is located next to their building. Our building does not have any trolleys, so it is recommended you bring their own.
