Before you enter the lobby of the building there is a vestibule (an enclosed entrance compartment next to the outer door to the building) with a large metal box, housing a computer with our building directory. This is our “Enterphone” system.
This system allows your guests entry into the building by dialing a code assigned to you by Security once this form is entered into the system.
When your guest enters this code or finds your name in the directory, the Enterphone system will call the phone number you have provided. Once you’ve confirmed the caller is your guest, select number “9” on your phone and the door to the building will unlock.
Please note the below information and conditions:
- PHONE NUMBERS CAN be a cell phone or landline. When providing a phone number, keep in mind that your cell phone may lose reception depending on where you are within the building and your guests might not be able to call you.
- YOU are responsible for providing your guests entry into the building NOT SECURITY. If your guests cannot reach you they will be turned away.
- A code will be assigned to each number you provide. You will have to follow up with Security one week after submitting this form to find out your code. Once you know your code, you can provide it to your guests so they do not have to go through the directory to find your name/number. When this code is entered into the Enterphone system it will automatically begin dialing your number.
To ensure your information is programmed into the Enterphone, please provide the name and phone number you would like the Enterphone connected to, using the form below:
