The Theatre Room

The Theatre Room comprises of 2 separate areas, the main theatre area and an adjoining sitting area, which contains a bar. There is also a closet for you to hang your coats or other items.

The main component of this amenity is the Theatre Room. There is a total of 12 viewing chairs for yourself and your guests to relax while watching something on the big screen.

Attached to the theatre room is a bar area with cupboard space and 4 bar stools to organize any food and/or beverages you and your guests plan to enjoy throughout your viewing experience.

There is a sitting area next to the bar for individuals wanting to talk and not disturb those watching the projector screen.

You have several viewing options for the room:

  1. There is Rogers cable set up for you to browse channels.
  2. You can bring a BluRay DVD to watch (Please note, only Security has access to the BluRay player, so they will put it in the player at the beginning of your room rental and remove it at the end)
  3. We also have a HDMI cable to connect to your computer and stream Netflix. (Please note, if you are streaming with an Apple laptop you will need the HDMI adapter as Apple laptops do not connect to HDMI cables without their own special adapter.)

The room has a total guest limit capacity of 15 individuals. Only residents 21 years of age or over can reserve the room. The resident reserving the room must be present for the entirety of the reservation. Anyone under 21 years of age left UNATTENDED will be sent back to their Unit and the booking will be cancelled.

The room can only be reserved for a maximum of 5 hours at a time from 9:30am to 1:00am.

While there is no fee for the room, you are still required to provide a $200.00 (refundable) damage deposit to use the room. In order for the $200.00 damage deposit to be held on your credit card, our amenity booking system charges a service fee of $6.13 (non-refundable). You must reserve the room through the amenity booking system condocontrolcentral.com.
