The Wii Room

Our building has 2 Wii Rooms that are joined together by a glass dividing wall. There is one TV in each room that has a Nintendo Wii console and a BluRay DVD player. There is also a couch and table with 4 chairs for residents to sit while playing a game or watching a movie.

Please note, there is only one Nintendo Wii remote per room. If you have your own remote you are welcome to use it with the system. You will also need to bring your own games to play as the building does not have any.

We are hoping in future to purchase some games and a second remote for each room so all residents can play together and enjoy the room.

Each room has a total guest limit capacity of 5 individuals. Only residents 21 years of age or over can reserve the room. The resident reserving the room must be present for the entirety of the reservation. Anyone under 21 years of age left UNATTENDED will be sent back to their Unit and the booking will be cancelled. 

The room can only be reserved for a maximum of 5 hours at a time from 9:30am to 11:00pm.

While there is no fee for the room, you are still required to provide a $200.00 (refundable) damage deposit to use the room. In order for the $200.00 damage deposit to be held on your credit card, our amenity booking system charges a service fee of $6.13 (non-refundable). You must reserve the room through the amenity booking system condocontrolcentral.com.
