These items are required for any Tenants that will be living at SkyCity:

1. Lease Agreement

You must email your Lease Agreement to patricia.demarco@scpl.ca and/or alexandra.andriano@scpl.ca in the Management office.

2. Information Form: Tenant

This form is required for all Tenants living at SkyCity. If there is more than 1 Tenant, each Tenant should be completing their own form.

3. Enterphone Form

If you have visitors this is the most convenient way to let them into the building. Once you complete this form and provide it to Security, your visitors can use the Enterphone system to call your phone and you can provide them access to the building through your phone.

Please note, once you have completed the registration requirements, Management or Security will add the information to Condo Control Central within 72 hours.

This system will allow you to reserve the elevator if you are moving-in, moving-out or have a delivery. You can also reserve our other amenities, such as the party room or purchase an item from our store, such as heating/air conditioning filters. This is also where you issue a parking pass for your visitors.

Once your information is added to this system you will receive an email with your temporary password to set up your account. You must ensure you complete all the required information such as emergency contact, pets, vehicles, if anyone in the unit requires assistance in an emergency and so on.
