All status certificate requests must be made in writing to the Management office. You can do so, by completing the form below.
We also require payment of $100.00 by certified cheque or money order, made payable to Shelter Canadian Properties Limited, in order to begin the 10-day process for the status certificate. Please drop off the payment to the Management office on-site at 55 Oneida Crescent. The 10-day process does not begin until we have received payment.
