All of these forms are required for all Owners that will be living at SkyCity. You will also need to email a copy of your Land Transfer Document/Purchase Agreement to the Management office.
1. Information Form: On-Site Owner
This form provides us with your basic information. If there is more than 1 Owner, each Owner should be completing their own form.
2. Enterphone Form
If you have visitors this is the most convenient way to let them into the building. Once you complete this form, your visitors can use the Enterphone system to call your phone and you can provide them access to the building through your phone. If there is more than 1 Owner, each Owner should be completing their own form.
3. YRSCC 1315 (55 Oneida): PAP Form or YRSCC 1402 (65 Oneida): PAP Form
This form is only for Owners that would like to have their maintenance fees set up on a pre-authorized auto debit enrolment. If you would like your maintenance fees to be automatically withdrawn from your account each month, please complete the form and provide it to property management, along with a void cheque.

Please note, once you have completed the registration requirements, Management or Security will add the information to Condo Control Central within 72 hours.
This system will allow you to reserve the elevator if you are moving-in, moving-out or have a delivery. You can also reserve our other amenities, such as the party room or purchase an item from our store, such as heating/air conditioning filters. This is also where you issue a parking pass for your visitors.
Once your information is added to this system you will receive an email with your temporary password to set up your account. You must ensure you complete all the required information such as emergency contact, pets, vehicles, if anyone in the unit requires assistance in an emergency and so on.
