Guest Suite

We have 2 guest suites in the building. Both have a maximum capacity of 2 people and have free Wifi.

Guest Suite A contains one queen size bed, a chest of drawers, a desk, a double closet, and a bathroom.

Guest Suite B contains one queen size bed, 2 night tables, a desk, a double closet, and a bathroom.

One set of linens are included with the room rental. You will also receive either 1 or 2 sets of towels, depending on the amount of guests noted in a rental.

Please note, the room does not get cleaned during a rental. The rental of this room should not be compared to a hotel. You are expected to clean up after yourself. Our cleaners will conduct a thorough cleaning of the room, including a sheet-change, only once you’ve checked-out.

The fee structure is as followed:

Rental fee (non-refundable) of $80/night

Damage deposit (refundable) of $500

Please note, cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to the date of your guest’s stay, at no charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours will be charged the equivalent of 50% of the reservation cost. Once guests have checked in NO REFUND will be issued for early departures.

If your guests will be driving a vehicle they will need to register it for visitor parking. Please let Management know, during office hours, so they can arrange for a visitor parking pass to be issued to your guest’s vehicle for the duration of their stay.
