This form is required for any residents wishing to order an additional FOB or a replacement Garage Remote.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Only UNIT OWNERS (not Tenants) can order FOBs/Garage Remotes unless permission is granted by the owner in the form of an email to Management.
2. The cost of the FOB/Garage Remote is to be borne by the party requesting the fob.
3. Delivery fees to the building are included in the cost of the FOB/Garage Remote.
4. Once the order has been placed, there are no exchanges or returns.
5. At all times, there is only one (1) garage remote allowed per parking spot. Therefore, garage remotes can only be purchased if one has been lost or damaged. This remote will be deactivated in order to purchase a replacement remote.
6. A government-issued photo I.D. must be provided when picking up the purchased item.
First you must complete the form below to request a FOB or garage remote. If your request is approved then you will need to complete your request by purchasing the item through our online store, which can be found on our condocontrolcentral.com system. Payment is to be made on the website by credit card. The costs are $78.22/FOB or $150.31/Garage Remote.
If your request is not approved, before you purchase the item, you risk loosing the service fees if your request is not approved. Please wait until your request is approved, before purchasing the item.
