New Resident: Registration Documents

If you are a new resident to our building, you will not be registered in our system until you have completed the required registration documents.

There are 4 types of occupants in our building:

1. On-Site Owner (Owner living at SkyCity)
2. Off-Site Owner (Owner not living at SkyCity)
3. Owner’s Family Member or Friend
4. Tenant
