The Governing Documents give our building its legal existence. These documents identify the organization’s name, states its purposes, and describes its structure and internal procedures. These also set out any restriction on how you may use your suite or the common elements.

Reference Documents

Our reference documents contain information that residents should familiarize themselves with. These various documents will help teach you about how to properly conduct yourself while living in the building and even contains some manuals for items in your Unit.
